These terms apply when you request a quote, commission a piece, or engage MALINI SPILLZ for resin flooring work. MALINI SPILLZ is based in London, England.

Quotes

Quotes are provided free and without obligation, based on the details you share with us. Written quotes are normally valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary after an in-person site visit, once the size, condition, and scope of the space are confirmed. All prices are quoted in GBP.

Commissions and deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure a commission or installation date, with the remaining 50% balance due on completion.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 2 days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked date. Cancellations made with less than 2 days' notice will result in the deposit being forfeited to cover materials and lost work time.

Imagery

Photos across this site show sample finishes and, where noted, placeholder imagery. They are a guide to style and colour, not a guarantee that any individual floor will look identical, since resin work is poured by hand and naturally varies. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio, website, and social media; please let us know before your project begins if you would prefer it not to be featured.

Liability

We take care to prepare surfaces and apply resin systems in line with manufacturer guidelines. Public liability insurance is currently being arranged and is not yet in place; please contact us directly for up-to-date confirmation of cover before booking. Workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from completion. We are not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing subfloor damage, dampness, or movement outside our control.

Your rights and governing law

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
