When you submit a quote or commission request, we collect the details you enter into that form, typically your name, phone number or email, and information about the space or piece you are enquiring about. We do not collect payment or financial information through this website. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information, such as browser type and IP address, for security purposes.

How we use it

We use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange any follow-up such as a site visit. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where a project goes ahead, to carry out our agreement with you. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are delivered via Formspree to our business email inbox. Formspree's own privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. We do not use any other tool, CRM, or spreadsheet to store enquiry details.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. This section will be updated if analytics tools such as Google Analytics or a social media pixel are added in future, as these usually require a cookie consent banner.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, after which they are deleted unless we are legally required to keep them longer.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to restrict how we use your data, or object to it being used, by contacting us directly. If you have concerns about how your information has been handled, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
